Spa Etiquette

To help us create a relaxing environment and make the most of your time with us, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and bring a valid ID for your first visit. For the comfort of all guests, please remember to silence your cell phone. We also ask that you refrain from video recording or photography during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. However, to ensure we can continue offering our services to all clients, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of your online deposit or a $25 cancellation fee.

This policy helps us respect the valuable time of our skilled aestheticians and ensures we can accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Her kindness, warmth, and ability to make you instantly feel comfortable is amazing! I would highly recommend booking a massage with Che, not only is she very reasonably priced but she will tailor the session specifically to what your body needs.
